Peace of mind, security & surveillance, and state-of-the-art telecommunications were our top priorities when Mobile Surgery International deployed a three-trailer mobile surgical hospital to Mexico in the aftermath of the September 2017 earthquake. We turned to Clarity Technologies Group for guidance in the selection of high-tech cameras, telephone systems, VoIP service, and network infrastructure including wireless technology and firewall security that allows our doctors and nurses to communicate from the operating room to our pre-and-post-op units. We also needed to be able to provide real-time education and training directly from the operating table to medical professionals around the world. Thanks to Clarity we now have the means to provide phone numbers for our guests (homeless) communities who do not have a phone.  They also now have access to voicemail. Our office staff is using the phone system and service from Clarity as well.This is critical for employment applications and for several of our services.  It also allows them a means for a family to connect with them.  In 2018 30% of our guests did not have a cell phone.  This means they can’t apply for a job without a phone number or access to voicemail.  Clarity understood our problem and they created a solution for us.  We are fortunate to partner with them, because, of you, we continue to create impact to our under-served and marginalized communities Thank you for your forward-thinking.

Clarity Technologies Group recently completed the implementation of our 3CX VoIP Telephone System. Due to carrier issues, we had many difficult hurdles but Bruce Kreeger, the President of the company, made sure that we received all the support necessary to overcome every bit of the hurdle. Bruce and his staff are competent and knowledgeable in all aspects of telecommunication. They are also hard-working and will not stop until their customer is completely satisfied.
