Clarity Relocates to New Headquarters
Clarity Technologies Group, LLC, (Clarity) has moved to our new headquarters located at 1347 US Highway 46, Ledgewood, New Jersey. The move which has been planned for over a year was in the works pre-pandemic. This move was on time and on target considering that the new business model has become “smaller is better and remote working makes sense.”
Clarity’s President and CTO, Bruce Kreeger, said that “we were planning this move and we were ahead of the curve, we planned for many of our personnel to utilize a hybrid model, work from home and work from the office when necessary. This has allowed us to sell our thirty-year 15,000 square foot building and relocate to 4,000 square feet.”
Clarity is not alone Google, Apple, Microsoft, and many other huge enterprises have downsized or have vast unused office space sitting idle.
Mondelez’ CEO said in May that the coronavirus crisis has shown “we can work in different ways,” and as a result, the company does not need all its global offices.
Nationwide, which has gone to 98% work from home during Covid-19, announced a permanent transition to a hybrid model, with working-from-office in four main corporate campuses and working-from-home in most other locations.
Barclays CEO Jes Staley said crowded corporate offices with thousands of employees “may be a thing of the past.”
Companies have been forced to embrace remote working amid stay-at-home orders for all nonessential positions and businesses. In the process, corporations are seeing proof that productivity does not suffer, and employees may not need to return to offices to be productive and accomplish their work tasks. It also may be part of the required cost-cutting as companies plan for what could be a prolonged global economic slump.
These companies announced that employees will not be going back to the office until at least 2021:

- Viacom.
- Scotiabank.
- RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland)
- Group Nine Media
- Indeed

- Zillow
