7: Sending Email:
By using 3CX Android app, you can quickly send an email that will open up default email application of your mobile device with email addresses of your contacts automatically filled in.
8: Company-wide Contacts:
This Feature is especially useful for HR and Management departments. In contact book you can easily add company contacts for the whole company. This feature is only available with extensions along once necessary rights are granted.
9: Copy-paste Numbers:
To counteract this in the 3CX app, you can copy a number and then paste it into the dialer with a long tap instead of smaller screen space or the need to switch between application or tabs.
10: Silent Mode:
Some people like to put their phones on silent. You can put 3CX in silent as well by following steps:
- Open 3CX menu.
- Select “Silent”.
11: Custom Ringtones:
Do you want to set your favorite song as ringtone? It is very simple.
- Open the menu.
- Select “Settings > Advanced”.
- Scroll down to “Ringtone type”.
- Select “Custom”.
- Tap to select a file from your device to set as the ringtone.
