A Great Android App – CS Camera Scanner
I carry a Samsung Note4. I found it to be one of the best, if not the best Android based smart phones on the market today. I happen to subscribe to Verizon Wireless but it is available on T-Mobile, AT&T, US Cellular, Sprint, and many more. I use this phone all day, every day (18 to 20 hours) and I very infrequently have to recharge it more than overnight. It is one of the last with a removable battery and if I wanted to I could keep spare battery and swap it out whenever I wanted to.
But enough about the Samsung Note4. I am writing today about a great Android app. It is call Camera Scanner by INTSIG Information Co. Ltd. and it is available at Google Play. You can also get Camera Scanner for iPhone, iPad, and Windows Phone 8.
So what is it that I like about this app?
- It is very simple
- It works flawlessly
- The basic version is FREE
When I am on the road, home, or just too lazy to go to the scanner in the office I just snap a picture of the document that I want to scan with my Note4 using the CS app, allow the CS software to do its stuff and process the image then I can email it, Facebook it, save it, etc. It is so good that nobody has ever asked me to rescan an image that I have sent them from CS. I have been using it for several years now and I have tried others but you just cannot beat this app!
