Our development team has certainly wasted less time and we are glad that everything is moving along smoothly. Our concern has been on solving the issue of bandwidth congestion, especially for large meetings as well as giving more control to organizers.<\/p>\n<h4>The WebMeeting Apps:<\/h4>\n<p>3CX recently updated the WebMeeting apps for iOS &amp; Android and re-announced the ability to view shared screen content on both apps. iOS users will be able to set their own guest names.<\/p>\n<p>Up-next we will be working on a feature to view shared PDFs while having a meeting, while continuously working on attaining feature parity between Android and iOS clients.<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"http:\/\/45.33.92.219\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/19.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11200 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/45.33.92.219\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/19.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1334\" height=\"747\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<h4>It\u2019s all about Bandwidth:<\/h4>\n<p>3CX key focus has been the system\u2019s core. The most important update being the simplification of bandwidth management and users are no longer need to adjust the bandwidth themselves. The meeting host and co-hosts are now in control of all settings, making the whole experience much easier for guests. organizers can also use easily accessible functions to mute \/ unmute members directly from their video frame and audio indicator.<\/p>\n<p>3CX Meeting uses a unique implementation on top of the WebRTC rules to deal with bandwidth congestion and user limitations. 3CX has added a Meeting Stability &amp; Quality slider to examine the bandwidth of the meeting. 3CX Meeting automatically manages user\u2019s bandwidth amount based on their tile size inside of the meeting and automatically assign each participant\u2019s bandwidth based on their network conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Embracing the same logic, we\u2019ve modified the view for screen-sharing, whiteboard and polling. When sharing content, the presenter becomes the focus, automatically minimizing all participant\u2019s bandwidth in order to make space for the shared content. Additionally, shared screens now use a limited amount of user\u2019s bandwidth and computing power to deliver content.<\/p>\n<p>We also changed the method of shared documents are delivered during a meeting. By storing the data closer to customers, we are able to deliver files very faster than before.<\/p>\n<h4>Up Next: Reconnection<\/h4>\n<p>We\u2019re working on improvements to ease the process of reconnection, for example when a participant loose his \/ her internet connection and disconnect from the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Clarity is proud to have been providing one premises and Cloud Hosted Telephony to the America\u2019s and the world since 2006.
